Ticket Delivery Policy


1. Delivery Method

• All tickets purchased through Hey Cities are delivered electronically.

• Customers will receive an email confirmation and a digital ticket containing a unique QR code or barcode.

• No physical tickets will be shipped unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.


2. Delivery Timeline

• Tickets are typically delivered immediately upon successful payment authorization.

• In some cases (e.g., fraud prevention checks or Organizer restrictions), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

• Customers are responsible for checking their email inbox, including spam or promotions folders.


3. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must provide a valid and accurate email address at the time of purchase.

• Hey Cities is not responsible for tickets that are undeliverable due to incorrect customer information.

• Customers are encouraged to create a Hey Cities account to securely access their tickets at any time.


4. Non-Receipt of Tickets

If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours of purchase, please:

1. Check your spam/junk email folders.

2. Log in to your Hey Cities account to verify ticket availability.

3. Contact contact@heycities.com with your order number and purchase details.


5. Ticket Validity

• Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only and must be presented at the event venue.

• Customers may present tickets either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.

• Entry is subject to verification by scanning the unique QR code or barcode.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Duplicated Tickets

• Tickets are the responsibility of the customer once delivered.

• Hey Cities is not liable for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets resulting from unauthorized sharing.

• Entry will only be granted to the first ticket scanned at the venue.


7. Organizer Responsibility

• The Organizer is responsible for honoring tickets at the event venue.

• Hey Cities cannot guarantee entry if the Organizer refuses admission due to event rules, security policies, or fraudulent use.
