Refund Policy

1. General Policy

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds are granted only under the conditions described below or as required by applicable law.

• By purchasing a ticket through Hey Cities, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with the Organizer, not directly with Hey Cities.

2. Event Cancellation

• If an event is canceled by the Organizer, customers are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

• Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 7–30 business days of notification.

• Service fees, convenience charges, and third-party processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Event Rescheduling

• If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.

• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 7 business days of receiving notice.

• Refund eligibility in such cases is subject to the Organizer’s policies.

4. Partial Cancellations or Lineup Changes

• Changes to an event (e.g., change in venue, date, or performers) generally do not qualify for a refund unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

• Hey Cities will follow the Organizer’s refund rules in such cases.

5. Procedure for Requesting Refunds

• Customers must submit refund requests to support@heycities.com or via their Hey Cities account.

• Refund requests must include the order number, customer name, and proof of purchase.

• Hey Cities may require additional verification before processing the refund.

6. Chargebacks

• Customers agree to contact Hey Cities before initiating any chargeback with their financial institution.

• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Liability

• Hey Cities’ liability for refunds is limited to the ticket purchase price, subject to these terms.

• We are not responsible for any additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses).
