• “Ticket” means the revocable license issued for entry to an event.

• “Services” means ticketing, payment processing, and related features provided by Hey Cities.

3. Role of Hey Cities
• Hey Cities acts solely as a ticketing marketplace and payment facilitator.

• We do not organize, host, or control events. All event details, including scheduling, performance, and quality, are the sole responsibility of the Organizer.

• Customers acknowledge that Hey Cities is not liable for any event-related matters, including cancellations, rescheduling, or quality of the event.

4. Ticket Purchase
• All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• Prices may include service fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes.

• By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your designated payment method.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

• Refunds will only be issued in cases of event cancellation or as required by law.

• Service fees and processing charges may be non-refundable.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Organizers may reschedule, change, or cancel events at their sole discretion.

• In the event of cancellation, customers may be entitled to a refund in accordance with our [Refund Policy].

• Hey Cities will not be responsible for any additional expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred due to changes or cancellations.

7. Ticket Delivery
• Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued unless permitted by the Organizer.

8. Customer Obligations

By using Hey Cities, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• You will not resell tickets outside of authorized channels.

• You will not use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on heycities.com, including trademarks, logos, and software, is the property of Hey Cities Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey Cities shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the services.

• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the ticket purchase price paid by the customer.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hey Cities, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the platform,

• Your violation of these Terms, or

• Your violation of Organizer or event rules.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

• Customers located in the EU/UK may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.

13. Amendments

Hey Cities reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
