Cancellation Policy
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
• Once a ticket is purchased, customers may not cancel, exchange, or return their ticket.
• All sales are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
2. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
• If the Organizer cancels the event, Hey Cities will notify customers as soon as possible via the email address provided during checkout.
• In such cases, refunds will be processed according to the [Refund Policy].
3. Rescheduled Events
• Tickets for rescheduled events remain valid.
• Customers unable to attend the new date may request a refund within 7 business days of receiving notice, subject to the Organizer’s refund rules.
4. Force Majeure
• Neither Hey Cities nor the Organizer shall be held responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.
• In such cases, refunds may be determined at the Organizer’s discretion.
5. Customer Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for verifying event details (date, time, location) before purchasing.
• Hey Cities will not issue refunds or cancellations due to scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or personal circumstances.
